Hi, I'm Anna.
A Certified Havening Techniques® Practitioner and Mirroring Hands Level 3 Practitioner, Certified Hypnotherapist (OMNI, NGH, IBHEC) and Life & Neuroscience Coach.
Since 2021, I have been supporting individuals through processes of change - working with trauma, stress, emotional overwhelm and difficult past experiences.
In my work, I integrate neuroscience-based knowledge with a unique sensitivity and perspective that allows me to deeply understand people with diverse life experiences - especially those who feel "different" or misunderstood. My clients often describe our sessions as grounded in authenticity, calm presence and a strong sense of emotional safety.
I am committed to continuous professional development, regularly participating in international trainings and conferences in the fields of therapy, coaching and neuroscience. I studied with leading global experts such as Richard Hill, Melissa Tiers, Roy Hunter and Mike Mandel.

In sessions, I combine various modalities - including Havening, hypnosis, coaching, elements of NLP and the latest insights from neuroscience. I don't follow scripts or rely on a single method. Each session is tailored to your current needs. My approach is client-centered and resource-oriented, grounded in presence, flexibility and respect for your pace. I believe that the most profound changes happen when we feel truly seen and heard.
